With a focus on workforce development in the field of mental health, William James College is launching a bachelor鈥檚 degree completion program, the first undergraduate degree offering in the college鈥檚 43-year history. 鈥淭his new program will help us attract the kind of students who will eventually represent the next generation of professionals and it will provide a path to promotion and increased skills for those working in social service agencies with Associate鈥檚 degrees,鈥� said President Nick Covino.
